As a minimalist productivity tool, our core principle is to collect as little personal information as possible.
Locally Stored Data: All the data you create within the App (including your focus session history, custom timer durations, presets, and task tags) is stored locally on your device by default. We do not upload your personal time-management data to our servers.
No Account Required: You do not need to create an account or provide personally identifiable information (such as your name, phone number, or email address) to use the core features of the App.
Automatically Collected Information: To maintain app stability and troubleshoot issues, we may automatically collect non-personally identifiable device information via third-party analytics (if integrated), such as device model, OS version, crash logs, and language settings.
2. Device Permissions
To provide its core functionality, the App may request certain device permissions. We will only use these permissions with your explicit consent:
Notifications: Used to send you alerts (e.g., lock screen banners) when a Pomodoro session or countdown ends.
Vibration/Haptics: Used to provide subtle tactile feedback when a timer finishes.
(If applicable) Wake Lock: Used to keep your screen turned on during a focus session if you enable the "Keep screen on" setting.
3. How We Use and Share Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. The minimal non-personal data we collect is solely used to:
Evaluate app performance, fix bugs, and resolve crashes.
Analyze user behavior to improve and optimize app features.
4. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Since your core focus data is stored locally on your device, we strongly recommend keeping your device secure and utilizing system backups (like iCloud or Google Drive) to prevent data loss.
5. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs), such as crash reporting tools.
