Camera Access: We use the camera to provide the "Real-time Camera Pick" feature. The App processes camera frames in real-time to identify colors. Images are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
Photo Library Access: We use this access to allow you to import images for color extraction. Images selected from your library are processed locally on your device.
Storage Access: We may save your generated color palettes or exported "Color Cards" to your device’s local storage.
2. Data Processing and Storage
Local Processing: Our core features (color picking, palette extraction, and conversion) are performed locally on your device. We do not store your photos or video feeds on any external servers.
Personal Data: Chroma does not require you to create an account or provide personal information (such as your name or phone number) to use the App’s core functions.
3. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party tools to improve performance and user experience (e.g., Google Firebase, App Analytics). These services may collect technical information such as device model, OS version, and app usage statistics. These third parties have their own privacy policies regarding how they handle data.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the integrity of the App. However, please be aware that no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
5. Children’s Privacy
Chroma does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
