PixelMark ("we," "us," or "our") develops the PixelMark mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.
1. Information We DO NOT Collect
PixelMark is designed as a local-first utility tool.
No Image Uploads: We do not upload your photos or videos to any servers. All image processing (mosaic, blurring, watermarking) is performed locally on your device.
No Personal Data: We do not require you to create an account, nor do we collect your name, email address (unless you contact us), or phone number.
2. Permissions We Request
To provide our core features, the App may request the following permissions:
Photo Library/Gallery: To allow you to select images for editing and to save the processed results back to your device.
Camera: To allow you to take a photo directly within the app for instant editing.
3. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools (such as Flutter SDK and basic analytics) to improve app performance. These services may collect anonymous technical data, such as:
Device model and operating system version.
Crash reports and app performance metrics.
This data is used solely to fix bugs and enhance user experience.
4. Data Security
Since your images stay on your device, you are in control of your data. We recommend keeping your device secure to prevent unauthorized access to your edited photos.
5. Children's Privacy
Our App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
