The developer of TacticalGPS (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our") built the TacticalGPS app as a Free/Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by us and is intended for use as is.

To provide the core features of the app (such as real-time coordinates, altitude, and satellite signal analysis), we must access your device's precise location information.
Precise Location Data: We collect your latitude, longitude, altitude, and speed via your device's GNSS (GPS) sensors. This data is processed locally on your device in real-time.
Sensor Data: We may access your device's barometer (for air pressure) and compass (for heading) sensors to provide technical telemetry.
2. How We Use Your Data
The location data collected is used strictly for:
Displaying your current coordinates and altitude on the dashboard.
Visualizing satellite positions on the skyplot.
Showing your location on the tactical map.
WE DO NOT upload your location data to any remote servers, nor do we share or sell this data to any third-party advertisers or data brokers.
3. Permissions
To function correctly, the App will request the following sensitive permissions:
Location Permission (Foreground): Required to calculate GNSS status while the app is in use.
Internet Access: Used solely for loading map tiles and reverse geocoding (converting coordinates to street addresses).
4. Third-Party Services

5. Security
We value your trust in providing us your personal information. All GPS data is handled in the application's memory and is not stored permanently unless you manually choose to "Save a Waypoint."

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
